(LibertySociety.com) – Recent revelations regarding the business dealings of the Biden family have been the hottest topic of conversation among American voters, and a new poll shows that they want answers. A recent Harvard/Harris poll shows that 83% of voters believe the FBI should release the FD-1023 form that alleges that then-Vice President Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden took part in a bribery scheme with a foreign national. The poll shows that there is no partisan divide on the matter, as 74% of Democrats would also like to see the document.
Of the 2,090 registered voters who took part in the poll, 55% also believe that the FBI is “not really investigating” the allegations against President Biden, with 66% saying that they believe the 46th President has discussed business with his son Hunter. On multiple occasions, President Biden has claimed that he has never had conversations with his son about his business ventures, but evidence from Hunter Biden’s laptop has proven that to be untrue. Several of Hunter Biden’s business partners also visited the White House for meetings and supposed tours when Joe Biden was Vice President.
It is unknown if the FBI possesses the seventeen audio tape recordings of then-Vice President Biden, Hunter Biden, and a foreign national that purportedly prove they took part in a bribery scheme related to the Ukrainian energy company Burisma, but Americans clearly would like to be provided with more information. Rep. James Comer has expressed his lack of faith in the FBI’s interest in pursuing an investigation into what he believes to be multiple crimes committed by various members of the Biden family. Comer recently subpoenaed two additional banks to turn over details of transactions related to Biden family business deals, in addition to subpoenaing Hunter Biden’s former business partner, Devon Archer, to testify before the committee. Rep. Comer believes Archer will be able to provide clarity on the type of work that members of the Biden family did to receive such large payments from various countries around the world.
