
(LibertySociety.com) – On Friday, December 11, the US Supreme Court (SCOTUS) refused to hear the Texas case challenging the election in four battleground states. The next day, President Donald Trump reacted to the ruling, and he wasn’t happy with the Court.
The president slammed the SCOTUS for refusing to hear the case because the Justices claimed Texas didn’t have “standing” to sue the other states.
The Supreme Court had ZERO interest in the merits of the greatest voter fraud ever perpetrated on the United States of America. All they were interested in is “standing”, which makes it very difficult for the President to present a case on the merits. 75,000,000 votes!

The problem with the ruling, as Justices Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas said in their dissent, is that the Supreme Court is supposed to settle disputes between the states. On Sunday, Trump pointed out the same thing.
The fact that the Supreme Court wouldn’t find standing in an original jurisdiction matter between multiple states, and including the President of the States, is absurd. It is enumerated in the Constitution…

Friday marked the second time the High Court refused to hear a voter fraud case. If the Justices aren’t going to listen to the evidence to ensure only legal votes were counted, what recourse do American voters have? How are they supposed to trust the results of elections going forward?
