(LibertySociety.com) – President Donald Trump has a passionate base. These are people who are willing to stand up for what they believe, even when that results in sneering comments and retaliation. That’s exactly what many of them did when they recently ran into GOP senators who were not standing up for what’s right. Now, these patriots are being punished for their actions.
On Thursday, January 14, Delta announced it was banning people who heckled Senators Mitt Romney (R-UT) and Lindsey Graham (R-SC) recently. GOP voters greeted the two men with angry comments as they took different commercial flights last week. Romney is a longtime critic of President Trump and was called a “traitor” while on a flight.
Neither senator suffered harm in any way, except maybe their egos, but that doesn’t matter to the Delta executives. Just calling out their elected officials was enough to get these voters put on the airline’s no-fly list as though they’re suspected terrorists. The absurdity of it all is breathtaking.
