(LibertySociety.com) – In 2022, Republicans are hoping to win the Senate majority back. If they can hold all of their current seats, they will only need to win one more to take back power from the Democratic Party. One of the seats that could be up for grabs is Senator Rafael Warnock’s, and former President Donald Trump thinks he knows the right man for the job.
On March 10, Trump released a statement through his office encouraging Herschel Walker to run for the Senate. He said he believes the former NFL player would be “unstoppable,” just like he was when he was on the field playing college and professional ball.

Trump isn’t the only one who wants Walker to run. In a recent poll by the Trafalgar Group, the former football player leads Warnock 47.7% to 45.5%. If he decides to run, that could give Republicans the seat they need to stop President Joe Biden’s radical agenda in its tracks.
