(LibertySociety.com) – Throughout former President Donald Trump’s time in office, he appointed, and the Senate confirmed, more than 200 judges to the federal bench. He’s credited with reshaping the judiciary in just four short years. Republicans are now seeing the fruit of his labor.
On January 26, Trump-appointee US District Judge Drew Tipton issued a temporary restraining order barring Joe Biden’s administration from enforcing a 100-day moratorium on deportations. The decision came after Texas sued the new administration over the order.
In his order, Tipton said the administration failed to provide reasonable justification for the order and halted enforcement for 14 days. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton called the ruling a “victory.”
VICTORY.
Texas is the FIRST state in the nation to bring a lawsuit against the Biden Admin.
AND WE WON.
Within 6 days of Biden’s inauguration, Texas has HALTED his illegal deportation freeze.
*This* was a seditious left-wing insurrection. And my team and I stopped it.

Biden’s administration could’ve endangered the country, but Tipton stopped that from happening in the immediate future. His ruling proves that Trump’s impact on the judiciary is one that will continue to keep America safe, something he was always striving for during his tenure.
