(LibertySociety.com) – A high school English teacher resigned ahead of a disciplinary meeting after her X-rated side hustle was discovered in January.
Jennifer Ruziscka, 50, who taught at Springfield Local School District for nearly 30 years, was engaging in activities that did not align with her position as an educator, according to school Superintendent Matt Geha. Ruziscka was operating an OnlyFans and Fansly account, where she sold content and subscriptions to users, including a subscription called ‘Full Disclosure’ for just $99. Racy photos of Ruziscka wearing lingerie were discovered during the school’s investigation, which was launched shortly after the district was made aware of her extracurricular activities.
Ruziscka was also a cheerleading coach, and she often made references to her teaching career to her followers. The New York Post reported that her Fansly bio stated that she could give “lessons focused solely on a lady’s libido.”
Ruziscka decided to resign two days before facing disciplinary action from the school. She released a lengthy statement to local news outlet WTOL, defending her actions. She said that people could put a label on her in any way they wished, but that those labels would not change her years of dedication and worth ethic as a teacher. She proclaimed that she was still “one of the greatest English teachers ever to serve” at the district and defended her work that helped make ends meet. Ruziscka’s LinkedIn account indicates that she is now tutoring English online for teenagers.
Last September, a Missouri school teacher named Brianna Coppage resigned after her OnlyFans was discovered by school officials. She taught English at St. Clair High School before being placed on leave. Her husband was also a participant in her lewd videos. She said at the time that she believed her account was exposed after her husband showed his face in one of the videos during a tag-team with another popular St. Louis OnlyFans couple.
Coppage was fired from her new job at Compass Health just five days after learning about her OnlyFans account. She said that the company told her they did not check her references but argued that she violated the company’s social media policy.
