(LibertySociety.com) – President Donald Trump’s legal team is currently fighting lawsuits in several states. Sidney Powell, one of his attorneys, has now indicated she believes the election might go the POTUS’ way after all.
On November 15, Powell spoke to Maria Bartiromo on “Sunday Morning Futures.” The attorney said Peter Neffenger, a member of Joe Biden’s transition team, sits on the Smartmatic’s board of directors. The company is accused of committing election fraud by shifting “millions of votes” to Joe Biden. And, Powell said the president’s legal team is “fixing to overturn the election results in multiple states.”
Democrats deny any election fraud took place and point to an agency within the Department of Homeland Security recently announcing the 2020 election was the “most secure in history.” However, the department only knows what it knows. If Powell is correct, and there is widespread fraud in multiple states, that’s going to turn the election on its head and raise many questions about how it happened.
American democracy is contingent upon free and fair elections. If someone undermined that, we have a massive problem on our hands.
