(LibertySociety.com) – President Donald Trump and many health experts have been pushing to reopen schools safely across the country. Democrats have dug their heels in and refused to acknowledge it’s the right decision to make. The New York Times just published an op-ed agreeing with the president.
On Wednesday, November 18, columnist Nicholas Kristof penned an op-ed titled, “When Trump Was Right and Many Democrats Wrong.” The article reminded readers that the president has been an advocate for re-opening schools for months and he’s “been largely right.” There hasn’t been a massive uptick in cases related to schools.

Democrats have largely ignored the calls to re-open the schools and some cities are starting to close them down again. In the meantime, kids are falling behind in their education. Parents are also having a difficult time finding work and childcare. When is it going to end?
