(LibertySociety.com) – President Joe Biden has chosen a number of questionable staffers and cabinet members. For example, Republicans asked for an investigation into Under Secretary of Defense for Policy Colin Kahl for potentially leaking classified information on social media. And his choice for another key position is now under fire for scrubbing her Twitter account.
On Monday, May 10, CNN analyst Susan Hennessey announced she would work for the Biden Department of Justice in the National Security Division. Fox News reported that she’s allegedly deleted more than 30,000 tweets in recent months, presumably because she thought she would get a job with the new president. Many of those tweets reportedly had to do with Russiagate.

It’s concerning that someone working on national security issues pushed unproven theories about Russia online. The American people can’t even look back through these posts on the social media site to see what she really thinks. Biden has pledged that his administration would be transparent, but maybe Hennessey missed that message.
