Depp’s Ex, Kate Moss, Blows Amber Heard’s Arguments To Shreds
(LibertySociety.com) – Johnny Depp’s ex-girlfriend, Kate Moss, took the stand during the actor’s defamation case against his ex-wife, Amber Heard, completely contradicting her staircase testimony. Heard alluded to the “Pirates of the Caribbean” star pushing Moss down the stairs in Jamaica years ago, while she was trying to bring credence to her own allegations of abuse. However, it turns out the supermodel had a completely different story.
While on the stand, Moss said Depp “never pushed her” down the stairs or abused her in any other way, blowing Heard’s testimony out of the water.

Moss and Depp dated for about four years, from 1994 to 1998, during which time they took a trip to Jamaica together. The British model testified via video on May 25, explaining it was rainy on the day in question, and she slipped down the stairs. When she cried out in pain, the actor rushed to the landing, helped Moss back to their room, and got her “medical attention.”
At the time, there were rumors it was actually Depp who pushed her down the steps in a rage, but Moss said it was all a lie.
