Herschel Walker Leads in GA Poll
(LibertySociety.com) – Incumbent Senator Raphael Warnock (D-GA) has been leading the polls against his competitor Herschel Walker (R), but a recent survey shows the conservative now pulling ahead by two points. RealClearPolitics still has the Democrats ahead using an average of four questionnaires, but only by half a percent. It appears the race is a toss-up between the two.

Walker has been all over the news lately, fending off allegations he funded an abortion for his ex-girlfriend and was a perpetrator of domestic violence. Although the abortion claim appears to be a he said/she said incident with the woman using circumstantial evidence to prove her claim, the violence allegations have court documents on their side. Despite police reports by his ex-wife, Walker never faced charges or arrest for the alleged actions.
Regardless of the personal issues against the Republican candidate, voters appear unphased, as the attacks haven’t been detrimental to his campaign. In fact, the former NFL player believes the attention gave him a boost in a favorable direction. Walker thinks voters know the allegations are a lie and are showing it with their support.
The competitors have been in a contentious battle to represent Georgia, and it’s unclear who will claim victory. State Elections Official Gabriel Sterling recently tweeted that more than 837,000 Georgians have cast their ballots already, so they seem eager to choose who will serve their interests.
