Deadly Fentanyl Sees 230% Increased Use Under Biden

( – US Border Patrol Agent Mark Dunbar recently revealed that fentanyl seizures at the border increased to about 11,200 pounds in 2021, compared to approximately 4,800 pounds in the prior year. With the increase of fentanyl found and taken at the border, many wonder how much more is making its way into the United States under President Joe Biden’s watch.

In fact, Dunbar stated the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) only seizes a fraction of the fentanyl flowing from China to Mexico and across the border into the United States.

Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco seemed to agree with the border patrol agent, saying seizures of fentanyl in his community “have been astronomical.” He said criminals were making pills in the United States and indicated the increase in activity has been since Biden took office at the beginning of 2021.

Unfortunately, US citizens are paying the price, as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) said about 67,000 Americans over the last year died from fentanyl overdoses. The DEA reported fentanyl is cheap to produce and highly potent, making it a popular street drug and the increase at the border all the more alarming.

Do you think the Biden Administration needs to do more to combat this crisis?
